I acknowledge and agree that my submission shall become the property of Mailroom Vodka and that, in exchange for the possibility of my submission being utilized on Mailroom Vodka products, I am providing irrevocable, perpetual permission, consent and authorization to Mailroom Vodka and others authorized by Mailroom Vodka, without compensation or attribution, to: (i) use, reproduce, print, publish, communicate to the public, distribute, sell, or display my submission, as well as my name and city, for editorial, advertising, commercial, and publicity purposes, in any and all Mailroom Vodka products and/or media now in existence or hereinafter created, throughout the world; and (ii) to edit, adapt, and modify my submission as required.
I hereby release and discharge Mailroom Vodka, and any party associated with the development or administration of my submission on Mailroom Vodka’s behalf, including their employees, agents, or representatives, or any of their parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates, from any and all liability in connection with my submission and their use thereof, including, without limitation, legal claims, costs, losses or damages, demand, or actions of any kind.
