Our vodka is distilled in a handcrafted copper still with 146 plates at Spring Mill Distillery in Ontario, Canada, a process that results in over 100x distillation. We use Canadian Soft Red Winter wheat, renowned for its unique flavour profile. Grown in Canada’s ideal conditions, this wheat gives Mailroom Vodka its signature smoothness and rich mouthfeel.
