Espresso Express

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Mailroom Vodka
0.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
1.5 oz Espresso
Dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a shaker tin.
  2. Shake and strain the cocktail into a coupe/martini glass.
  3. Garnish with ground cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
½ cup 100% pure pumpkin purée
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)

Directions

  1. Combine brown sugar, water, puree and pumpkin spice in a pot
  2. Heat over medium-high heat until simmering, stirring occasionally
  3. Simmer for 6-8 minutes
  4. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
